About Us
General Introduction
Established in 2001, the Viet Nam Women Entrepreneurs Council (VWEC) is an organization under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). It represents women entrepreneurs, enterprises, and business organizations (associations, clubs, etc.) owned or managed by women in all economic sectors nationwide.
The VWEC’s key functions
Representing, supporting, and protecting the legal & legitimate rights of women entrepreneurs
Support trade & investment promotion activities; technology transfer for women entrepreneurs
Support to develop sound industrial relations and implement gender equality in enterprises
